Overview

All across our nation, we are seeing a movement of young people interested in serving their neighbors, their community and their country. Many in this service-oriented generation are now looking to join the ranks of the federal government to answer their call to serve. To facilitate this interest, to enhance the federal internship and work experience, and to promote federal service on over 600 college campuses, the Partnership provides student programs, resources, training and support.

Federal Service Student Ambassadors

Student Ambassadors work to raise awareness of benefits of federal service through planning events, meeting with key faculty and staff members, and spreading the word about public service opportunities to others on campus. Ambassadors must have enrolled in an internship with a federal agency in Washington, D.C. for the summer and be enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university for the following academic year.
