Intern will have opportunity to:
• Interact with divisional offices, fishing industry reps, non-governmental organizations and other federal, state, and local governmental agencies. (Coordination)
• Work with various media outlets responding to inquiries, marketing potential TV segments, writing and marketing news articles. (Media)
• Write & review OLE news releases. (Media)
• Develop photographic library on the internet for outreach purposes. (Organizational)
• Assist with layout and design of various publications to include; annual report, event/activity specific brochures, media packs, recruitment brochures and various forms of informational materials. (Design)
• Assist in production and distribution phases of "educational hand-outs" for various trade shows, meetings and events. (Production)
• Perform administrative assistant duties from time to time, including; answering phones, collecting and checking mail, working with other departments within the office & filing. (Office)

Salary/Wage
Spring/Fall - Academic Credit / Summer - Full-time paid.
Hours per Week:
Full Time, Part Time
Spring/Fall - 12-16 hours per week / Summer - 40 hours per week
