Description: Intern works in Congressional offices or agencies on varied projects from administrative support to report preparation. They also network with decision-makers and attend Congressional hearings, lectures, and receptions. The program is for college and grad students, law students, and recent grads of tribal colleges. Roundtrip airfare to Washington DC, housing and stipends are provided.

Compensation: Stipend
$1,200 upon completion of internship

Hours per Week: Full Time

Duration: 10 weeks

Program Availability: Summer

Eligibility:

  • Must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
  • Open to Juniors
  • Must be Native American or Alaska Native
