Description: The program provides students with additional opportunities to enter careers in transportation. The program also serves as a feeder for other Eisenhower fellowships. The purpose of the Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Fellowship Program is to attract, enhance and retain the Nation's brightest minds and top talent as part of the transportation management, research and engineering professions. The Program is intended to help upgrade the total transportation community in the United States.
