Description: This program provides students with opportunities to participate in a two-year work-study program consistent with their field of study. The program provides an excellent avenue for the Secret Service to identify and train highly motivated individuals. The selectee(s) will pursue a two (2) year practical training program which will provide them with the necessary rudiments for the special agent position. The selectee(s) will be introduced to the many investigative and protective techniques and resources utilized by special agents in carrying out their important responsibilities. They will work closely with special agents to gain practical experience in the origination, administration and adjudication of criminal investigations. These positions are located in the field offices of the Secret Service.
