Description:
Each summer, the Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”) accepts four to six law students into its competitive Summer Law Clerk Program. OGC Summer Law Clerks work on campaign finance and administrative law issues in this ten-week, compensated summer program. Each Summer Law Clerk is assigned to one of four divisions – Policy, Enforcement, Litigation, or General Law and Advice – and is given responsibility for his or her own projects, with supervision from an Assistant General Counsel and staff attorney mentor.
